Every few months, there’s a new headline about a scholarship nobody claimed,students protesting just to have basic facilities like clean washrooms or fans or a bright student who simply stopped showing up and nobody asked why. We keep treating these as isolated failures. They’re not. They’re symptoms of the same problem: a good education system isn’t something a government hands down from above.
