In a bold move to isolate Pakistan globally, India deploys seven all-party delegations led by MPs like Shashi Tharoor, Supriya Sule, and Kanimozhi to rally international support against cross-border terrorism.

New Delhi: The Indian government has launched an ambitious diplomatic offensive, Operation Sindoor, to garner global backing for its fight against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. Seven all-party delegations, led by prominent MPs including Congress’s Shashi Tharoor, BJP’s Ravi Shankar Prasad, and DMK’s Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, will visit key nations, including UN Security Council members, later this month. The initiative aims to project India’s unified stance and zero-tolerance policy toward terrorism, with MPs from diverse parties joining forces to amplify the message.

Unified National Consensus: The delegations, comprising MPs, political heavyweights, and seasoned diplomats, reflect India’s bipartisan resolve to combat terrorism. Leaders like NCP’s Supriya Sule, JD(U)’s Sanjay Kumar Jha, Shiv Sena’s Shrikant Eknath Shinde, and BJP’s Baijayant Panda will spearhead the outreach. By engaging with global partners, these teams aim to highlight the threat of cross-border terrorism and urge the international community to isolate Pakistan diplomatically and economically for its role in fostering terror activities.

Strategic Global Outreach: Operation Sindoor is a calculated step to strengthen India’s position on the world stage. The delegations will visit influential nations to share evidence of Pakistan’s terror links and push for coordinated action. Shashi Tharoor, a vocal advocate for India’s interests, emphasized, “When national interest is involved, and my services are required, I will not be found wanting.” This unified effort underscores India’s determination to secure global support while exposing Pakistan’s destabilizing actions.

Building a Global Coalition: The initiative also seeks to foster stronger ties with nations combating terrorism. By presenting a cohesive front, the delegations aim to influence global policies and ensure accountability for state-sponsored terror. The inclusion of opposition leaders like Tharoor, Sule, and Kanimozhi signals India’s commitment to a non-partisan approach, reinforcing the message that the fight against terrorism transcends political divides and demands collective global action.

Operation Sindoor marks India’s resolute stand against terrorism, uniting leaders across party lines to deliver a powerful message worldwide. This diplomatic push aims to isolate Pakistan and strengthen global resolve for a terror-free future.
