Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, along with Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi, discussed key issues with Mayawati, joined by BSP’s national general secretary Satish Chandra Misra and treasurer Shridhar.

    Focus on Stakeholder Engagement
This meeting is part of the EC’s broader initiative to enhance regular engagement with political parties. The poll body seeks to address long-standing concerns through constructive discussions, allowing party leaders to directly share suggestions. The EC emphasized its commitment to strengthening the electoral process within the existing legal framework.
