Saifullah Kasuri: The Mastermind Behind the Pahalgam Massacre

– The rising face of terror born from Hafiz Saeed’s shadow

Introduction:

April 22, 2025 – A day of bloodshed in the serene valleys of Pahalgam.
30 innocent tourists were slaughtered. Dozens injured.
The responsibility was claimed by The Resistance Front (TRF) – but behind the curtains, the real orchestrator lurked elsewhere.

He is now the most wanted man on India’s terror radar –
Saifullah Kasuri alias Saifullah Khalid
Deputy chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba, close aide to Hafiz Saeed, and the man who vowed to “seize Kashmir by 2026.”

The Plot Beneath – Anatomy of the Attack

After the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan’s frustration turned into aggression.
In a 2025 high-level meeting of terror leaders, Saifullah declared:
“By February 2, 2026, Kashmir will be ours – no matter the cost.”

This wasn’t just rhetoric. It was a battle cry.
And on April 22, India paid the price.
Pahalgam witnessed a bloodbath that shook the nation — bigger than Pulwama, deadlier than Mumbai.

Who is Saifullah Kasuri?

  • Deputy Chief of Pakistan-based terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba
  • Chief of Milli Muslim League – LeT’s political wing
  • Mentor to dozens of terrorists trained across LoC
  • Right-hand of 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed
  • Influential figure in Pakistan — even military officers shower him with flowers
  • Always surrounded by luxury, high-tech security, and deadly weapons

The Indian Connection – From Kashmir to Qatar

Saifullah was actively involved in Lashkar’s training camps in Abbottabad’s forests.
He recruits and brainwashes youth to cross the LoC and commit target killings.

In 2024, he met Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal in Qatar after the death of Ismail Haniyeh.
This meeting, say Indian agencies, was a strategic conspiracy — an alliance between Hamas and Lashkar to target India.

TRF: The Ghost Army of LeT

The Resistance Front (TRF), created to bypass international bans on terror outfits, is essentially LeT’s shadow army.
Its leader Sheikh Sajjad Gul operates from Pakistan, but the mastermind is Kasuri.

Sources say this attack came in retaliation to India issuing over 85,000 domicile certificates in Jammu & Kashmir — a demographic move that rattled the terror network.

Where Is Saifullah Now?

Indian agencies believe he is hiding in a launch pad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
Over the last six months, he has activated more than four terror modules in J&K.
His main targets:

  • Security forces
  • Amarnath Yatra
  • Kashmir’s tourism economy

He is now on the radar of NIA and Jammu & Kashmir Police.
Following the attack, the army has launched “Operation Black Hawk.”

The Light in Darkness: A Muslim Hero Emerges

Amidst the horror, a story of courage stood tall —
Syed Adil Hussain Shah, a 30-year-old local Muslim, gave his life fighting the terrorists — to save Hindu tourists.

He was not a soldier, just a horse-handler.
But when the bullets flew, he ran to shield a Hindu tourist, yelling:
“Don’t shoot them, they are our guests.”

Three bullets tore through his chest.
But in that moment, he became a martyr for India, a symbol of unity.
His sacrifice silenced hate-mongers trying to stir communal tension.

What Now, Mr. Prime Minister?

India continues to present itself as a victim on the global stage.
But when will it prevent instead of retaliate?

Even after 26/11, we couldn’t match Hafiz Saeed’s voice sample…
And now, Hafiz has given birth to another monster – Saifullah Kasuri.

Pahalgam has surpassed Pulwama.
And the big question remains –
Can we stop the next one?

Closing Lines:

Chanakya once said – “A king must master not just politics, but strategy.”
Today, India has politicians, not strategists.
We need intelligence-backed action, not just election-time aggression.

Until we act decisively, men like Saifullah will continue to strike.
But there is hope — in heroes like Adil Hussain Shah.
And in our collective voice that demands accountability, not helpless tears.
