The blast, heard in Gopal Nagar and Naseerabad near Walton Airport, follows India’s Operation Sindoor, which targeted nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) on Wednesday. The cause of the explosion remains unclear, but it has heightened fears of escalating conflict between the nuclear-armed neighbors.
